Maintenance and Repair

We can carry out routine on-site visits to determine if equipment is properly working. Any faults or problems that are discovered can be rectified accordingly. In the event of an emergency repair or breakdown, Lonza should be contacted, so a competent technician can assist in remedying the situation to help get you fully operational in the fastest possible time.

Product Stewardship and Best Practices

We have world class product stewardship and a goal of encouraging best practices. Training is provided to our sales engineers on a regular basis regarding such best practices, products and the water treatment industry. Training can also be provided to customers, arming them with appropriate knowledge regarding equipment operation management and chemical usage.
